Product Returns and Replacements
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and offer product refunds or replacement of defective products under the following terms:

* Products must have been purchased directly from Lindi Skin. We cannot accept returns of Lindi Skin products purchased from other retailers. Returns of products purchased at one of our Retail Partners should be returned to that store.
* Products must be returned within 30 days of the order being placed.
* Please include your receipt (or a note) with your name, address, phone number, and your reason for returning the product(s).
* We cannot accept returns or replacements on overly used products.
* Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds. Lindi Skin cannot be responsible for products lost or damaged in return shipping.
* This Return Policy does not include Exchanges.
